Middleweight graphic designer £20-£24k
We are the leading full service marketing and creative design agency in Worcester and we’re looking for a mid-weight creative designer who can really create to join our amazing team. You will need to be a talented, energetic, enthusiastic and motivated individual, who loves a creative challenge, is good at solving problems and making stuff look awesome.
The Role
Our studio is currently set up for 7 designers across 2 Worcester city center locations and is a fast-paced and dynamic environment; so being able to adapt and pick up new things quickly is hugely important as is the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
This is a commercial Graphic Design role so having a creative eye and being able to work independently is essential. You will be joining a hard working, down to earth team, who muck in however and whenever is necessary. You will have the opportunity to get involved in designing B2B and B2C work, helping with existing client work and building the image of the modus brand locally and nationally.
You will need to work across a huge variety of products and activities, such as literature, websites, advertising, books, magazines, posters, smart phone apps, web User Interfaces, product packaging, exhibitions and displays, corporate communications and corporate identity, i.e. giving organisations a visual ‘brand’.

Requirements
To be successful in this role you will ideally have a degree in graphic design or HND level design qualification with extensive experience in design layouts, creative development, design for print, online and brand design.
