We are now seeking a Business Administration to join our vibrant studio and support the day to day workloads of our creative team, as well as support the needs of our various clients. You will be responsible for general office administration and will need effective communication skills both over the telephone and in face to face.

Vacancy Main Description

General day to day duties will include:

  • Interacting with customers via face to face, email and phone. Taking customer information and supplying quotations.
  • Following up with customers
  • Checking, preparing and processing customer orders
  • Interact with suppliers, placing orders.
  • Processing invoices
  • Prepare and process time sheets for the creative team
  • Prepare proposals
  • Meeting and room preparation
  • Minute taking
  • Updating CRM database, uploading customer/supplier information and interaction notes.
  • Respond to all direct enquires from website and any other means.
  • Courtesy calls to existing customers
  • Data entry, photocopying, filing, scanning
  • Managing emails
  • Communicating messages to colleagues
  • Formulating excel spreadsheets
  • Dealing with inbound and outbound enquires via phone and email
  • Support the workload of the wider team
  • General office duties
  • Project support to Account Managers
  • Use of mail chimp to send email campaigns

Entry Requirements

Applicants should be highly literate and numerate. GCSE English and Maths are essential
