From January 14th Lyppard Hub is the new name of the well known and much loved community facility at the heart of Warndon Villages. The former Lyppard Grange Community Centre, which during 2014 celebrated its first 21 years of operation, has decided to kick off the next stage of its exciting development with the launch of a new name, brand and website which more accurately reflects its role in its community.

Lyppard Hub engaged the services of Worcester-based Modus Creative in developing a new name logo and branding. Centre Manager Mo Bayliss said: “Our board of trustees recognised we needed a new name and brand which reflected who we are today & the services we offer. Modus Creative really engaged with us to understand our vision and develop our ideas into a beautiful new & professional look.”

Mo added: “In today’s society it is extremely important to market ourselves effectively to our community and beyond. A new look, logo and name will assist us to do this. We believe that our new name reflects our ambition to be at the ‘hub’ of our community and to deliver services and activities that our community desires.”

To celebrate & help re-launch our new look and brand we are delighted to be welcoming The Mayor of Worcester, Cllr Alan Amos, on Wednesday 14th January at 12 midday for a ribbon-cutting ceremony and refreshments with local community leaders, residents, staff & volunteers.
