Worcester Wheels is a local charity who provide a transport service for individuals who find it difficult or impossible to access other forms of transport. Being based in Worcester, they are a local charity who provide an important service to the community.
What we did
The brief for Modus was to plan and implement a marketing campaign to both raise awareness of our services and generate income via donations to the just giving’s page on their website. To do this, there are a number of processes that we are completing including Social media we made both templates for them to use in order for all their social platforms to look uniformed as well as to assist them with making their social media pages consistent with their colours and content. We created email campaigns including setting up a mailing list, incorporating a sign-up function from the website and then wrote relevant email campaigns both B2C and B2B. To help reach their elderly audience we designed and printed leaflets to promote the service and fundraising events.
How it worked
To arrange the marketing campaign and have a campaign plan, we held a number of meetings via Zoom with the client in order to create a plan and structure to produce an effective and successful marketing campaign. This was carried out over a number of weeks set to launch at a peak time to achieve a high success.
We plan in future to continue to work alongside Worcester Wheels, assisting them with all their marketing campaigns and marketing needs.
