Herefordshire and Worcestershire Chamber of commerce

Over the years we have produced a vast range of marketing material for our local Chamber of Commerce. This is a particularly active Chamber who host regular events and exhibitions and once a year they really push the boat out and host a glittering award ceremony.

What we did

They are an excellent partner and we understand their brand inside out. The brand is important because it makes them high profile at a local level and their brand recognition is very high. So the branding is on everything that is produced. Likewise, with designs, we working within the Corporate ID guidelines so that the type of images and text all fall in line with the brand for continuity.

Standard marketing material for events consists of flyers, business cards, sometimes name badges and these can be produced at very short notice if required as we have in-house printing on demand. The H&W Chamber of Commerce host two major exhibitions each year at the Three Counties Showground in Malvern. These events take months of planning and each exhibition needs to be staged with different messages. For the exhibitions we produce exhibition stands, programmes, signage, floorplans and bollard covers.

How it worked

The highlight of the year is the Chamber Awards ceremony. This is a glittering black tie event and it needs to be nothing short of fabulous! Once again there is months of planning and a theme. Taking the theme, we produce everything, floorplans, signs, exhibition stands, place settings, wine stem tags, champagne tags, award certificates, banners, flags and it’s always a brilliant night.

With ongoing support for the Chamber, we print business cards and stationery. The H&W Chamber of Commerce work closely together and it’s a partnership that works well.
