modus rebranded WCH and Festival housing to Fortis living in 2014 when two Worcestershire housing associations became one. 12 months down the line and as the incumbent creative and design agency, modus designed and produced the first annual report for the recently formed new organisation.
Using strong iconology and flat design intertwined with real people photography, modus designed a fresh looking report that is easy to read and understand. Swooping icons for tables and infographics for balance sheets and P&Ls modus brought the highlights of the past 12 months to life in a graphical and engaging way.
Published as a digital publication as an html flip book with just a handful of copies being digitally printed ( at modus’ print facility) it was distributed electronically.
