Modus win a 3 year tender
for creative, digital and illustration
services to Midland Heart.
Team modus are delighted to have been appointed by one of the largest Housing Associations in the country. 16th largest in the UK, Midland Heart are a Birmigham based provider of housing, care and opportunity with 70,000 customers across 54 local authority areas.
The winning modus team secured a 3 year agreement to provide Creative, digital and Illustration services to the prestigious new client. Modus have worked in the social housing sector for 6 years with a creative framework with Worcester Community Housing and now the rebranded Fortis Living with whom modus continue to work in a creative and consultative capacity.
